  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
  6. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything evenly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
