  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Marinate the sliced beef in this mixture for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove the beef from the wok and set aside.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve the stir-fry over a bed of steamed rice or noodles.
